Arrival Times

Pitches are available any time from 2pm onwards. Please do not arrive before this time since we have no waiting area. If you wish to arrive before 2pm you should book the pitch for the previous day.

The latest time for arrival is 10.00pm.

We ask you to pay the balance for your visit when you arrive.

All pitches are large enough to accommodate at least one car as well as a tent or caravan. There is no other parking space available.

The maximum caravan length which we can accommodate is 21 feet/ 6.4 metres – this is due to access arrangements for the site.

All pitches are grassed. There are no hard standing pitches.

We place great importance on the peace and tranquillity of the Secret Garden and therefore look for a reasonable level of quietness on the site after 11.00pm.

Departure Times

We ask that pitches are vacated by midday, at the latest, on the day of departure. This allows us time to service the pitches before the next arrivals.

Cancellations

A reservation is a binding contract, and as such you may incur charges if you subsequently cancel or alter your reservation. If we are successful in reselling the pitch for the full period of your cancellation your deposit will be refunded in full, apart from a £10 administration fee.
